1. Cancellation and Refund
    If you cancel the order with Chiver under any circumstances…

    • The order will not be processed further
    • No dispatch or delivery will take place
    • Complete refund will be provided
    • Cancellation Acceptance Policy

  2. You can cancel the order if…

    • You have purchased the wrong size
    • You have purchased the wrong color
    • You have purchased the wrong style
    • You have submitted incorrect billing address
    • You have submitted incorrect shipping address
    • You have learnt that the purchase made was a result of fraudulent activity
    • We will start the refund process soon after receiving the request of cancellation
    • We will refund the complete amount to your Credit/ Debit card / Net Banking account, whichever is the original mode of transaction during purchase.
    • Refunds to Credit / Debit card may take up to 7-10 days, depending upon the policies of issuing bank.
    • In case of credit card refund, allow 2 to 3 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your billing statements.
    • Chiver reserves the right to discretion & final decision.

  3. Return acceptance policy

    • Please take into account that only unused, unsoiled, unaltered, not dry cleaned and not perfumed products will ONLY be considered eligible for returns.
    • All the Labels, Tags, Original Invoice, Maintenance coupons and/or any other inclusion and original packaging of the product should be kept intact.
    • Ship the product through a Reliable & Reputed Courier Service Provider that will provide you with an online tracking number and retain the same until the refund is processed.
    • Chiver would suggest you to use the same Courier Agency through which product has been delivered.
    • Chiver takes no liability in case of loss of merchandise by Courier Agency.
    • No refund will be issued if we do not receive the product within 15 days of receiving the return request.

  4. Premises of requesting a return

    • You find the package received to be damaged or is tampered with.
    • The product received has a manufacturing defect (an utterly unlikely event).
    • The product received is wrong in terms of size, color, type or make.
    • The shipment received is incomplete.

  5. Steps to apply for a return

    • Initiate a request for refund by placing your order number.
    • You will receive a download link of the Cancellation/ Return Form from us.
    • Fill the form and submit it within 7 days of receiving the delivery of the order.
    • For return shipments within India, one way shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.
    • For International Returns, shipping cost, custom duties [wherever applicable] will have to be borne by the customer.
