WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?

When you place an order, Chiver collects personal information in several ways.

By registering, you pay consent to the collection of your personal data.

We need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address so that we can process and fulfill your order further. 

We will never share saved card details with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partners systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier agency for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve our site design to better meet our visitor’s needs. 

We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes.

For your security and protection and to prevent fraud, all orders packed by us are monitored and checked to ensure that we don’t leave anything out of your order. However, we shall not be liable for any loss or theft in-transit.

Remember, anybody who knows your password can access your account or pass your password on to someone else. Create more complex passwords. When you create a password, use at least 8 characters - a combination of letters and numbers is best. It is also recommended that you change your password frequently.

The customer care department, may access your personal data from the website using your password and user ID. Information may be changed online.
